- Physical Therapy Care of Fort Bend accepts most insurance policies including commercial plans, Medicare, Workers' Compensation, and automobile insurance.
- Most Insurance plans do provide benefits for outpatient therapy, however, these benefits are different for each policy.
- Your insurance policy may require you to pay a deductible, a co-pay, and/or a percentage of the costs of your therapy treatment.
- Physical Therapy Care of Fort Bend will assist you in determining your insurance benefits, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to obtain this information.
- We highly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier and learn what your benefits are. There should be an "800" number on your insurance card that you can call to obtain this information.
