Pregnancy and the accompanying fluctuating hormones can cause musculoskeletal changes and many women develop pelvic girdle pain, weakened core muscles as well as problems with spinal and joint mobility and function. Our goal is to help relieve symptoms during pregnancy and after delivery while providing the education needed for a healthier life.
