"I chose this field because, in my own family, I saw how crippling it was to lose your independence to an injury or disease. I love the sense of reward that I get when I help my patients regain their independence and am able to send them home healthy and happy."
Stephanie Furnace, PT, MS, Functional Dry Needling® Practitioner
University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Her faultless English is attributable to the fact that she studied for her degree in English and spent a year completing her clinical rotations in Australia. In the US she earned her MS in Physical Therapy in a program designed to accredit international professionals.
Stephanie saw the success of dry needling manual therapy while working in Australia. She pursued her interest in easing patient's pain and improving range of motion by successfully completing the Functional Dry Needling® Advanced Level 2 Course which qualifies her to treat any area of the body including muscles in the upper and lower extremities as well as the hip, hand, foot, spine and TMJ.
She loves working at our clinic since it gives her the time and freedom to listen and connect to each patient personally, ensuring that she treats the whole patient, not only their complaint.
